Vic Losick has been a film & video producer/director for over 30 years. Based in New York City he has worked primarily in documentaries and industrials for both TV and independent production.
His credits include productions for CBS’ “60 Minutes,” and PBS as well as independent & sponsored films, and commercials for Blue Man, the performance group. Several of Mr. Losick’s works have been shown at the Whitney & Louvre museums.
In addition Mr. Losick has worked extensively across the US and in many international locations. Productions he has filmed have won 2 Emmys, 2 Dupont Awards and an Academy Award.
“Last Dance,” (with director Mirra Bank) a 90-minute documentary about the unique collaboration of Maurice Sendak & Pilobolus Dance Theater on the creation of an original dance work, was named by AMPAS as one of the Best Documentaries of 2002-03.
